About the Role

What You'll Do

• Oversee and manage the infrastructure operations within the designated region, ensuring efficient functioning of IT networks, data centers, and physical facilities.
• Coordinate with IT Product teams to deploy, maintain, and evolve our infrastructure in factories and laboratories across the region.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and keep them informed about new developments and services.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards while managing regional IT infrastructure spending.
• Lead a team of infrastructure professionals and ensure their growth through mentoring and development opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical knowledge in application hosting, networking, endpoint management, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage resources across different locations.
• Demonstrated experience in budgeting, resource planning, and vendor management.

Nice to Have

• Experience in manufacturing or logistics processes in a factory-based environment.
• Certifications in Project Management (PMP), Agile (Scrum, Jira), Cloud Computing (AWS), and Cybersecurity.
• Knowledge in security vulnerability management and ethical hacking.
