Requirements
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a senior role.
- Fluency in Greek is required.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with ATS platforms and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the engineering and energy sectors is a plus.
