About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter - Greek Speaker to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and placing top talent across various sectors, including engineering and energy. What You'll Do

  • Utilize your expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
  • Leverage your knowledge of Boolean search techniques to enhance candidate sourcing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their hiring needs.
  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from job postings to offer negotiations.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively to streamline recruitment processes.
  • Stay updated on market trends and recruitment best practices to continually improve our hiring strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a senior role.
  • Fluency in Greek is required.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with ATS platforms and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the engineering and energy sectors is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in finance or billing processes.
  • Familiarity with Paradox and Workday systems.
  • Additional language skills are a bonus.
