Senior Product Owner - Remote Role in Financial Technology

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. As a Senior Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in driving the evolution of digital products within a highly regulated financial environment. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about leveraging technology to create scalable solutions and enhance user experiences.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end product planning and evolution, from requirement definition to results tracking.
• Build, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, crafting epics and user stories aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with UX/UI, engineering, and data teams to ensure high-value user experiences.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to map dependencies, align expectations, and ensure initiative execution.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, assisting the team in removing impediments.
• Monitor product performance indicators using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee the business case for products, ensuring viability, sustainability, and results generation.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies, fraud prevention measures, and regulatory requirements in the digital space.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or equivalent role in digital products.
• Experience in agile environments, working with discovery, roadmaps, backlogs, MVP definitions, and feature launches.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills in multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with financial contexts, payment methods, cards, or benefits.

Nice to Have

• Experience with benefits, incentives, card products, or PIX.
• Knowledge of project management and new business development.
• Experience in leading or coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Azure and product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Knowledge of CRM strategies and communication conversion techniques.
