About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer - Design System (Remote) to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a cohesive design system that enhances our product's user experience. As a Senior Product Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our design principles are applied consistently across all products.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the design and implementation of a scalable design system that aligns with our product vision.

  • Develop high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma, HTML, and CSS.

  • Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices in product design.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and integrate AI design solutions into our workflow.
  • Facilitate workshops and design sprints to foster collaboration and innovation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on design systems.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final products.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Experience in AI integration in design is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Experience in e-commerce or SaaS product design.
  • Familiarity with user research methodologies.
