About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Director for Northern/Eastern Germany to join our dynamic team at Krombacher. This remote opportunity allows you to take full responsibility for sales and budget planning in your region while implementing our national sales strategy effectively.

What You'll Do

  • Assume regional responsibility for sales performance and budget planning.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of approximately eight area managers.
  • Drive sustainable customer loyalty and sales success in the Off-Trade sector.
  • Manage key regional beverage wholesalers, conducting annual discussions and coordinating listings.
  • Analyze market data and team metrics to derive actionable insights and identify success factors.
  • Utilize your in-depth market knowledge to recognize and seize opportunities proactively.

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration or a related field, or a completed commercial training with additional qualifications.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in brand sales, preferably within the FMCG or beverage sector.
  • Proven leadership experience with a passion for developing and motivating teams.
  • Strong communication and coaching skills to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Self-motivated, structured, and solution-oriented approach with a hands-on mentality.
  • Excellent regional market knowledge and an established network are advantageous.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in digital sales strategies and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with sustainable practices in the beverage industry.
  • Proficiency in English and German.
