About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Tech Team to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will help shape the future of our tech talent acquisition strategy, ensuring we attract the best candidates to our growing organization.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruiting processes, including research, sourcing, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation.
• Coach hiring managers on recruiting best practices and metrics to improve time-to-fill and candidate engagement.
• Utilize ATS reports and dashboards to analyze recruiting pipelines and results.
• Support employer branding initiatives by attending networking events and e-meetups.
• Maintain a strong focus on candidate experience and operational excellence throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in fast-paced tech environments.
• Proven track record of collaborating with senior tech leaders and filling various tech roles (Data, Engineering, Product).
• Strong networking skills and the ability to build effective recruiting partnerships.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to back up recruitment strategies with metrics.
• Ability to influence decision-makers and advise on strategic hiring decisions.
