Senior Product Analyst - Remote Opportunity at Zions Bancorporation

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join Zions Bancorporation, a leading financial services company. This Senior Product Analyst remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team focused on enhancing our Salesforce platform. You will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes and gathering requirements to drive our product development efforts.

What You'll Do

• Review, analyze, and evaluate business processes, requirements, systems, and user needs to develop process maps and documentation in ADO.
• Provide support within the functional areas of data management, contacts, leads, campaigns, opportunities, dashboards, and reports in Salesforce.
• Create and maintain documentation and training materials related to projects.
• Assist with the helpdesk queue as level 2 support for escalated issues.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing for new features and enhancements.
• Assist in the implementation of Salesforce functionality to the users as needed.
• Collaborate with various Salesforce teams to ensure optimal delivery of Salesforce functionality.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of business analyst experience in banking process analysis, gathering, and documenting business requirements.
• Strong elicitation techniques and the ability to collect data and structure it in a consumable format for decision-making.
• Working knowledge of business processes and systems, programming, and systems analysis procedures.
• Basic understanding of software development methodologies, e.g., Agile, Waterfall.
• Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with both management and staff employees to resolve problems and improve processes.
• Must be able to meet deadlines.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of financial services industry trends.
