Senior PR Manager - Vietnam for Leading Crypto Exchange

About the Role

Binance is seeking a Senior PR Manager - Vietnam to lead public relations and communications for one of the most important and high-potential crypto markets in Southeast Asia. As a Senior PR Manager, you will own the end-to-end PR strategy for Vietnam, ensuring that Binance's reputation and credibility are elevated in this vibrant market. This role is crucial for shaping Binance’s long-term public narrative and trust among users.

What You'll Do

• Own and execute Binance’s PR and communications strategy for Vietnam, aligned with global positioning and regional priorities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier Vietnamese media, securing high-impact coverage through interviews, features, and executive profiling.
• Work closely with Legal, Compliance, and Policy teams to ensure all communications are compliant with Vietnam’s regulatory landscape.
• Lead PR execution for product launches, partnerships, and corporate announcements in Vietnam, ensuring messaging is locally relevant.
• Manage local PR agencies and external partners, ensuring high quality and accountability in all communications.
• Track PR performance including media coverage quality, sentiment, and message pull-through, delivering regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in public relations, communications, or corporate affairs, particularly within finance, fintech, or technology sectors.
• Proven experience managing Vietnam media and stakeholder relationships at a senior level.
• Excellent storytelling, writing, and media engagement skills, with a strong judgment in complex regulatory environments.
• Bilingual English/Vietnamese is required to coordinate effectively with overseas partners.
• Experience handling sensitive or high-risk communications is strongly preferred.
