Senior Implementation Manager - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Implementation Manager - Remote to lead our implementation projects in the healthcare sector. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic initiatives and ensuring successful client onboarding. As a Senior Implementation Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients.

What You'll Do

• Lead the planning and execution of implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company goals.
• Manage client relationships, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the implementation process.
• Utilize your expertise in project management to oversee timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of our solutions into client systems.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implementation processes.
• Provide training and support to clients on our systems and processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance our implementation strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in implementation management, preferably in the healthcare or SaaS industry.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with experience in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
• Experience with Salesforce and other CRM tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks and risk management in healthcare.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Nice to Have

• Experience in pharmacy benefit management (PBM) or financial services.
• Familiarity with AI and data modeling techniques.
• Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent).
