About the Role

What You'll Do

• Manage and oversee all aspects of web project management, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Utilize tools like ClickUp for project tracking and team collaboration.
• Implement best practices in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and team members.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in web development.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software, such as ClickUp or similar.
• Experience in stakeholder management and team coordination.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Fintech or software engineering.
• Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) practices.
• Knowledge of content management systems like WordPress.
