About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Platform DevEx Engineer - Remote to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do

  • Enhance the developer experience by optimizing workflows and tools for our engineering teams.
  • Utilize programming languages such as Python and SQL to develop and maintain backend services.
  • Monitor system performance and reliability, implementing improvements as necessary.
  • Work with Kubernetes, Docker, and GitHub Actions to streamline deployment processes.
  • Participate in data migration projects and ensure data integrity across platforms.
  • Collaborate with product management to align engineering efforts with business goals.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in platform engineering or site reliability engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and automation tools.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL.
  • Experience with CI/CD practices and tools like Terraform and GitHub Actions.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance optimization.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
