Senior Philanthropic Consultant - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Philanthropic Consultant - Remote to join our mission-driven team at BWF. In this role, you will empower nonprofits across various sectors, including healthcare, education, arts, and culture, by transforming data into actionable insights. As a Senior Philanthropic Consultant, you will leverage your expertise to support clients in advancing their missions through strategic fundraising initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Lead and conduct program reviews and fundraising strategy development for clients.
• Engage clients through structured meetings and presentations to ensure alignment on goals.
• Manage large-scale engagements and coordinate resources effectively.
• Responsible for business development and cultivating client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality outputs.
• Create written content and engage in speaking opportunities to represent BWF.
• Participate in ongoing internal activities and training to enhance skills.
• Meet annual productivity goals while delivering exceptional client work.

Requirements

• 15+ years of donor-facing fundraising experience in higher education.
• 5+ years of experience leading development organizations.
• 2+ years of experience leading a team.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
• Analytical skills and strategic thinking are required for success.
• Commitment to an inclusive, high-performing workplace culture.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

Nice to Have

• Experience in project management within nonprofit sectors.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with various fundraising software and platforms.
