Senior Solutions Engineer - Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer - Remote to join our innovative team at Accurant International. In this role, you will lead the technical evaluation and response development for utility RFPs and energy market opportunities. Your expertise will help bridge product, engineering, delivery, and sales by translating complex utility requirements into simulation-backed technical proposals.

What You'll Do

• Analyze RFPs and identify technical, compliance, and performance requirements.
• Develop detailed technical response narratives that effectively communicate our solutions.
• Own architecture diagrams, system workflows, telemetry, and M&V sections.
• Run simulations to estimate available MW capacity and dispatch performance.
• Model enrollment scenarios for residential and commercial assets.
• Interpret ISO/RTO rules around M&V and pricing.
• Understand utility-specific systems and interactions.
• Quantify capacity guarantees and expected revenue.
• Support pricing strategy with simulation-backed assumptions.
• Participate in customer technical workshops and presentations.

Requirements

• Deep experience in demand response and energy market optimization.
• Comfortable modeling capacity and performance risk.
• Experience with utility RFPs and technical proposals.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineering teams.

• Experience in software development for utility applications.
• Familiarity with data management systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the energy sector.
