As a key player in our mission to make legal counsel accessible to every American household, you will be the first voice potential clients hear, guiding them through the intake process with empathy and professionalism. This role is crucial in helping clients navigate significant life events, particularly in personal injury cases.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound calls with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression for potential clients.
• Qualify cases and confirm eligibility using defined criteria to streamline the intake process.
• Guide clients through the sign-up process and secure retainers effectively.
• Hand off cases to attorneys with complete and accurate information to ensure a smooth transition.
• Maintain responsiveness to build trust with partners and clients alike.
• Work in a 24/7 team environment, adapting to flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
• Utilize next-generation technology to enhance the client experience and improve operational efficiency.
• Contribute to a safe and inclusive workplace, fostering a diverse team culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in client-facing intake or sales roles, ideally within legal services.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with grace.
• Comfortable with flexible work schedules to meet client needs.
