What You'll Do

• Write production-grade Python code for services and automation.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines on GitLab.
• Prototype and develop production-ready solutions.
• Utilize AI tools for coding and testing enhancements.
• Own the vision and roadmap for ELS Automation tools.
• Translate business needs into actionable deliverables.
• Serve as the primary interface for stakeholder communication.
• Drive continuous improvement and incident management.

Requirements

• Experience in software development, particularly with Python.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
• Strong understanding of automation and operational reliability.
• Experience with AI-assisted development practices.
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on impact and risk.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to drive outcomes and manage incidents effectively.
