Senior Clinical Specialist - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Clinical Specialist - Remote to join AbbVie, a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to innovative medicines. In this role, you will deliver in-clinic services and educational support to healthcare professionals, enhancing their clinical knowledge and skills. As a Senior Clinical Specialist - Remote, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on patients' lives.

What You'll Do

• Deliver in-clinic services and educational journeys for healthcare professionals.
• Support approximately 30 clinics and healthcare professionals through tailored training.
• Utilize digital resources to improve clinical knowledge of AbbVie products.
• Assist in the delivery of affiliate-level AMI events and workshops.
• Support the training and development of junior clinical specialists.
• Engage with customers at industry conferences and workshops.
• Maintain high service levels with timely follow-up and activity recording.
• Drive a motor vehicle for field-based activities.
• Work closely with the AMI Lead and Country Training Manager.
• Act as a role model for best practices in clinical facilitation.

Requirements

• University degree in a clinically based subject (e.g., medicine, nursing, dentistry).
• Experience in sales or clinical specialist roles in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
• Proven experience in facilitation, training, and coaching.
• Event management experience for workshops and training solutions.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a vehicle.
