Senior Motion Designer - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Motion Designer - Remote to join our innovative team. In this role, you will lead motion design for a new UK brand, creating compelling visual narratives that shape audience perception. As a Senior Motion Designer, you will have the opportunity to work remotely, allowing for flexibility while contributing to exciting projects.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design and execution of high-quality motion graphics and animations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop engaging content that aligns with brand strategy.
• Utilize tools such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Blender to create stunning visual effects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to enhance team skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Motion Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience with 3D software such as Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.
• Strong storytelling skills and the ability to convey complex ideas visually.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
