About the Role

6sense is seeking a talented Senior Manager, User Experience to join our innovative team. This Senior Manager, User Experience remote position offers you the opportunity to lead and shape the user experience strategy for our cutting-edge B2B SaaS platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance user satisfaction and drive product adoption.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the user experience design process, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for our users.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and design solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in user experience design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
  • Strong understanding of interaction design principles and user-centered design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
