Senior Manager, Paid Social & Influencer Marketing - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Paid Social & Influencer Marketing to join Zocdoc's Growth Marketing team. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to lead our multi-million dollar acquisition programs across influencer and paid social channels. You will be instrumental in scaling these channels while meeting strict ROAS goals, all from the comfort of your home.

What You'll Do

• Own the strategy to scale and optimize Influencer and Paid Social campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Lead channel measurement, testing, optimization, forecasting, and budgeting—turning data into actionable insights.
• Develop an integrated channel approach that leverages influencer partnerships to enhance paid social performance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to maximize results.
• Build and maintain reporting cadences to communicate performance and next steps to marketing leadership.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team, setting clear goals and supporting their growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in influencer and paid social marketing with proven measurable outcomes.
• 5+ years of people management experience, including coaching and developing team members.
• Deep understanding of performance programs from strategy to execution.
• Strong analytical skills to guide optimizations and tell a clear performance story.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
