About the Role

We are seeking a talented Product Designer remote to join our innovative team at ActiveCampaign. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the AI-native experience layer of our platform, which is revolutionizing the marketing landscape. As a Product Designer remote, you will not only execute design briefs but also architect the foundational elements that enhance user experiences for millions.

What You'll Do

• Design with AI as a first principle, identifying opportunities for automation and intelligent defaults to create seamless user journeys.
• Engage directly with stakeholders and users to conduct research, validate ideas, and transform insights into impactful designs.
• Own the entire design process, from exploration and whiteboarding to delivering polished, scalable solutions.
• Analyze usage metrics and define success measures in collaboration with Product Management and Engineering teams.
• Evolve our Design System by identifying new pattern opportunities and ensuring visual consistency across the platform.
• Utilize modern AI tools like Cursor, Lovable, or Claude to enhance your workflow and communicate complex ideas effectively.
• Champion a culture of craft by presenting your work confidently and sharing methodologies to elevate the team's design process.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showcasing multiple shipped products, preferably in a SaaS or B2B startup environment.
• Ownership mindset with the ability to identify problems and deliver solutions independently.
• Active fluency with AI tools in your design process, including hands-on experience with tools like Figma AI.
• Strong systems-level thinking to contribute to design systems while ensuring platform-wide consistency.
• A data-informed approach to design, using product analytics and customer interviews to drive measurable outcomes.
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate design rationale and build consensus across functions.
• Comfort with ambiguity, thriving in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
• Deep understanding of the competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
