What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for our manufacturing solutions across the EMEA region.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the manufacturing or GTM strategy domain.
• Proven track record in sales management, SaaS, and B2B sales.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including GMP and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders.
• Experience in AI integration and its application in manufacturing operations.

Nice to Have

• Experience in biologics manufacturing and monoclonal antibodies.
• Familiarity with process optimization techniques.
• Previous experience in sales engineering or pre-sales solution consulting.
