Senior Lead Designer - Visual Direction for Global Marketing

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Lead Designer to join BETER, a rapidly growing product company that creates competitive content supplemented with analytics. As a Senior Lead Designer, you will own the visual direction of BETER marketing and lead the development of our design system. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the marketing team and support global campaigns, major industry events, and brand development initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Own and drive the visual direction of BETER’s marketing materials across digital and offline channels, ensuring a consistent and high-quality brand presence globally.
• Create, document, and continuously improve brand guidelines and scalable design systems to ensure visual consistency across all products, marketing materials, and communication channels.
• Design a wide range of marketing assets including landing pages, presentations, social media visuals, advertising creatives, and sales materials to support business growth and brand awareness.
• Conceptualize and design visual solutions for international exhibitions, conferences, and industry events, including booth branding, promotional materials, and event-related graphics.
• Provide guidance, feedback, and support to a designer within the team, helping them grow professionally while ensuring high design standards across projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Graphic or Product Design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including building and maintaining scalable design systems and collaborative workflows.
• Hands-on experience collaborating with marketing and product teams to create effective visual communication and campaign assets.
• A well-structured portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand development, marketing design, and visual storytelling.
• Intermediate English level and higher.
