Production Operator - Join Our New Plant in Karlovy Vary

About the Role

Are you looking for a new challenge? We are hiring a Production Operator to become part of our new plant in Karlovy Vary! As a Production Operator, you will play a key role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

What You'll Do

• Care for the production line: You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and proper documentation to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor production schedules: You will follow the current production plan and ensure the quality of final products (solid and liquid silicones).
• Adhere to safety regulations: You will ensure safety measures are followed to maintain smooth production flow.
• Follow technological procedures: You will work according to production documents to ensure correct technological processes.
• Sampling and dispatch: You will be responsible for sampling, proper labeling of products, and preparing goods for dispatch.
• Maintenance of equipment: You will perform basic maintenance on machines and monitor their technical condition.
• Maintain order and cleanliness: You will keep the area around the production line tidy to contribute to an efficient working environment during your shift.

Requirements

• Secondary education (SOU/SŠ)
• Good knowledge of the Czech language; knowledge of English or German is an advantage
• Able to handle physical workload
• Independence, thoroughness, accuracy, reliability, and teamwork skills
• Clean criminal record
• Driving license category B – active driver
• Willingness to work in three shifts

Nice to Have

• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of quality control processes
• Ability to operate machinery
