About the Role

We are seeking a Major Account Manager - MSSP (Remote) to drive growth within our MSSP ecosystem in France. This role is critical to expanding Fortinet’s presence across the French MSSP landscape, strengthening strategic partnerships, and accelerating adoption of our security and networking platforms. You will act as the primary Account Manager for key MSSP partners across France.

What You'll Do

  • Lead direct sales engagements with assigned MSSP partners across France.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand Fortinet’s footprint within the MSSP ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain executive level relationships with key decision makers, service design teams, and operational leaders.
  • Work cross-functionally to deliver proposals, commercial models, and service creation frameworks.
  • Support partners in building, launching, and scaling managed services based on Fortinet technologies.
  • Negotiate business terms that support long-term, recurring revenue partnerships.
  • Generate and manage a strong pipeline of MSSP driven opportunities through to closure.
  • Accurately forecast business and consistently achieve quarterly sales quotas.
  • Represent Fortinet with credibility and insight, addressing partner and end customer challenges with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Conduct regular on-site partner and customer meetings across France to strengthen relationships and accelerate business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in major account sales, with at least 5 years focused on MSSP, Telecom, or Service Provider clients.
  • Proven success selling cybersecurity or networking solutions, with consistent quota achievement.
  • Strong understanding of MSSP operating models, service creation, recurring revenue dynamics, and security architectures.
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex deals and navigate long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical, commercial, and executive audiences.
  • A proactive, self-driven mindset with resilience and adaptability in fast-moving environments.
  • Strong customer-facing experience, with the ability to lead impactful in-person meetings and build trust quickly.
  • Based in France, with the flexibility to travel regularly across the country to meet partners and customers.
