Retail Sales Executive - Remote Opportunity with Allwyn
About the Role
Join our journey as a Retail Sales Executive - Remote with Allwyn, where you will help create a new experience for The National Lottery. This role is crucial in powering change for the greater good. As part of the Allwyn Entertainment Group, a multi-national lottery operator, you will contribute to a large-scale transformation that aims to deliver more funds to good causes.
What You'll Do
- Develop a strong understanding of your territory, retailers, and competitors to drive sales and returns to Good Causes.
- Support the Annual Business Plan by delivering key messages and marketing updates to our retail network.
- Collaborate with the Retail Sales Team to achieve objectives and review performance against agreed measures.
- Bring retail insight and innovative approaches into Allwyn.
- Deliver Retail Key Performance Indicators through effective territory management and prepare for store visits.
- Proactively drive high in-store standards and ensure effective communication of key messages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within your assigned territory to enhance in-store execution and retailer advocacy for The National Lottery.
- Ensure compliance with necessary player protection through the Retail Training Centre (RTC).
- Drive your own development through a Personal Development plan and our Learning and Development programme.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience or customer service experience (field experience is desirable but not essential).
- Strong sales and commercial acumen.
- Confidence and articulation in communicating with retailers, using a consultative approach to build relationships.
- Experience in face-to-face consultative selling.
- Ability to use IT packages effectively and adapt to new technologies.
- Capability to analyze data and provide insights to customers.
- Experience in delivering effective training to individuals at all levels.
- A full UK driving license and flexibility to travel across your territory and wider regions when required.
