Senior Java Engineer - AI Training Data Remote

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Java Engineer for AI Training Data to join our innovative team. This fully remote position allows you to work on an hourly paid basis, contributing to the development of AI training content that enhances the performance of leading AI models. Your expertise in Java will play a crucial role in reviewing AI-generated code and ensuring the accuracy of technical solutions.

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated Java code and architectural solutions for accuracy and clarity.
• Generate high-quality reference implementations and reasoning steps.
• Assess solutions for adherence to prompts and identify errors in logic, performance, or design.
• Write clear technical explanations and model solutions demonstrating correct methods.
• Rate and compare multiple AI responses based on correctness and reasoning quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, particularly in Java.
• Deep understanding of core Java, concurrency primitives, and the Java Collections Framework.
• Extensive experience with Spring or Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Strong grasp of software design principles and performance optimization in distributed Java systems.
• Minimum C1 English proficiency for clear technical communication.
• Experience with modern engineering tools like Git, CI/CD, and automated testing frameworks.
• Prior experience in AI data training or evaluating AI-generated content is a plus.
