About the Role

We are seeking a Senior IT Process Automation Lead to join our team at Dev Infomatrix. This role is crucial for driving our IT Process Automation initiatives and aligning them with our business objectives. As a Senior IT Process Automation Lead remote, you will lead a talented team and implement automation strategies that enhance efficiency and accuracy across our operations.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and execute the IT Process Automation roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Manage and mentor automation developers and analysts.
  • Provide hands-on oversight of automation using ServiceNow Workflow Studio.
  • Ensure adherence to ITIL processes, security, and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with IT Ops, application teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Deliver executive-level presentations on automation strategy and ROI.
  • Monitor, optimize, and scale automation solutions.
  • Stay current with automation, AI, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in IT Process Automation.
  • 1+ year in a leadership or people management role.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Workflow Studio (mandatory).
  • Strong scripting skills in Python and/or PowerShell.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise IT environments.
  • Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Stability required: Minimum 2 years per organization (No job hoppers).
  • No Poach: Candidate must NOT be currently working with HCL.
  • Willingness to relocate to Chennai.

Nice to Have

  • AI/ML-driven automation experience.
  • Cloud & Infra exposure (AWS/Azure, networking, cybersecurity basics).
  • Virtualization tools (VMware, Citrix).
  • Certifications: ServiceNow / ITPA tools, ITIL.
