Team Leader - Evening Shift in Logistics

What You'll Do

• Plan, distribute, and monitor tasks for your team based on schedules and immediate needs.
• Manage daily operations including loading and unloading, prioritization, load assignments, location, labeling, and stock control.
• Maintain organization, order, and cleanliness in the work area.
• Prepare shift schedules for validation by management.
• Ensure the smooth integration of new team members through reception, training, and support.
• Report all activity indicators and propose areas for improvement.
• Apply and communicate current operational procedures effectively.
• Monitor, comply with, and communicate objectives through the relevant indicators.

Requirements

• Professional training in logistics, transportation, or administration is valued.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role managing teams, ideally in logistics (large distribution, industry, or business services).
• Availability to work different shifts (morning and evening).
• Experience in managing and leading teams.
• Results-oriented with a collaborative spirit, initiative, and diligence.
