Senior Hardware Architect - Remote Opportunities
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Hardware Architect to join Bosch Group in a remote capacity. As a Senior Hardware Architect, you will play a crucial role in defining the architecture for OEM requirements, selecting components, and guiding integrators and module owners to achieve project targets. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge connected solutions, including cockpit products and ADAS integration platforms.
What You'll Do
- Define hardware architecture based on OEM requirements and guide the development process.
- Generate Bill of Materials (BoM) and coordinate with various teams including software, mechanical, and testing teams.
- Execute development of hardware in XC products and ensure integration of hardware modules into working schematics.
- Utilize testing tools such as oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and multimeters to measure and simulate circuits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define Hardware Software Interface (HSI) and address hardware-related topics.
- Provide excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex hardware challenges.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and precision.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), or related fields.
- 9-13 years of experience in hardware architecture and design.
- Strong knowledge of analog and digital hardware design principles.
- Familiarity with a wide range of hardware components such as MOSFETs, BJTs, Opamps, and Microcontrollers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on detail.
