About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to join our innovative team at Alan. As a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in building AI-driven solutions that enhance healthcare delivery. What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain scalable applications that support over 1 million members across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement state-of-the-art AI systems that address real-world healthcare challenges.
• Lead architectural decisions and ensure code quality while mentoring junior engineers.
• Work on enhancing our AI agents that provide immediate and personalized responses to member inquiries.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Fullstack Software Engineer with a strong background in back-end development.
• Proficiency in technologies such as React, Python/Flask, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with machine learning, LLMs, or voice AI systems is a significant plus.
• Product-minded with a focus on creating impactful, user-centric solutions.
• Fluent in English; French is not required.
