Senior Financial Services Representative - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Financial Services Representative to join our team at Global Credit Union. This remote position offers you the chance to deliver exceptional member experiences through a consultative and empathetic service approach. You will engage with members both in person and over the phone, ensuring their financial needs are met.

What You'll Do

• Deliver positive member experiences by providing personalized service and support.
• Perform transactions and member service activities accurately while identifying opportunities for cross-selling financial products.
• Engage with existing and prospective members to create lasting relationships aligned with our organizational values.
• Utilize the Member Vision Plan to develop tailored solutions that enhance members' financial well-being.
• Onboard new members efficiently and assist with outbound call programs to meet member needs.
• Support the Member Service Center with incoming calls and adapt to changing priorities as needed.
• Participate in branch promotions and community events to strengthen member relationships.
• Collaborate effectively with team members across all organizational levels.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or an Associate’s degree with four years of specialized experience, or a High School diploma with eight years of specialized experience.
• Strong passion for helping people and building relationships to assist members in achieving their financial goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to ask open-ended questions and provide effective solutions.
• Capability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Experience in a financial services environment.
• Knowledge of credit union products and services.
• Proficiency in using financial software and tools.
