About the Role

We are looking for a People Team Administrator to join our team at NuServe. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while supporting our People Team in a fast-paced environment. As a People Team Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our day-to-day operations run smoothly, providing professional support to employees and managers across the business.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the first point of contact for People Team queries, delivering helpful and timely support or escalating to the People Team Generalists.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring all data, documents, and systems are up to date.
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, induction, contract preparation, changes, and offboarding processes.
  • Assist with recruitment administration such as job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and employment checks.
  • Support managers with basic policy queries and assist with note-taking during meetings.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting smarter, more efficient ways of working.

Requirements

  • Experienced, organized, and detail-focused with a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Friendly and approachable, building positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced environment, handling shifting priorities effectively.
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
  • Tech-confident, comfortable using HR systems and digital tools.
  • Eager to learn and grow your HR knowledge and develop your career over time.

Nice to Have

  • Ability to speak Spanish or Portuguese is advantageous.
