Office Manager - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are looking for an Office Manager remote to be a central part of our Facility Management team based in Munich. In this role, you will ensure that organizational processes run smoothly, support the team in daily operations, and facilitate efficient collaboration on content, scheduling, and interpersonal levels. Your organizational talent and service orientation will be essential in coordinating administrative processes, planning travel and events, and serving as a vital interface within the company.
What You'll Do
- Ensure smooth collaboration within the team on content, scheduling, and interpersonal levels.
- Manage reception duties and welcome our guests.
- Handle phone communication and general correspondence.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor appointments.
- Facilitate internal communication and delegate and track tasks.
- Oversee travel management, including organizing and booking business trips and managing travel expenses.
- Organize and prepare meetings, workshops, and conference calls.
- Create, prepare, and design presentations, meeting materials, reports, and analyses.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification in Office Management/Assistance.
- Experience in a similar position (e.g., Office Manager, Team Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Travel Manager).
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills with a structured working style.
- Strong communication skills and service orientation.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
