What You'll Do

• Lead production of luxury, high-profile events that deliver exceptional experiences.
• Design immersive experiences aligned with brand standards and client expectations.
• Manage the full lifecycle of event production from ideation to execution.
• Source luxury venues and negotiate contracts to secure the best locations.
• Oversee event budgets and financial performance, ensuring profitability.
• Ensure seamless logistics and operations for each event.
• Build and maintain relationships with high-profile stakeholders and clients.
• Travel frequently for event management, approximately 50% of the time.
• Continuously innovate and elevate event experiences to exceed client expectations.
• Lead cross-functional teams with authority and clarity to achieve event goals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in luxury event production.
• Proven experience working with VIP and high-net-worth clients.
• Expertise in venue sourcing and contract negotiation.
• Strong vendor relationships within the luxury hospitality sector.
• Advanced budget management skills and financial acumen.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time for event management.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
