Experienced Data Analyst - Remote Position

About the Role

Analytica is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As a Data Analyst (Operations), you will play a crucial role in supporting U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services operations through data manipulation, analysis, and visualization. What You'll Do

• Prepare and analyze big data, implementing analytics models using SQL and Python.
• Conduct data mining, preparation, profiling, and reporting to ensure data accuracy.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative research on service operations to derive actionable insights.
• Document results and develop innovative solutions to customer challenges.
• Utilize advanced statistical techniques to identify trends and insights that drive decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in mathematics, economics, data science, statistics, or computer science.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, specifically using SQL and Python.
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to identify and resolve data issues effectively.
• Experience with Databricks or similar data processing technologies.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
• Ability to manage and optimize performance for large data volumes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to clear a Public Trust background check.
