What You'll Do

• Engage daily with our community, providing advocacy, support, and education to foster relationships with active members.
• Develop and implement strategies to nurture our community through events, videos, blogs, and social media.
• Represent community needs internally, sharing valuable feedback with engineering, product, and marketing teams.
• Expand our partner network, exploring collaboration and co-marketing opportunities.
• Lead and mentor a small team, including a Junior Developer Advocate and a Support Engineer.
• Monitor success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in tech, with at least 2 years in Developer Relations.
• Proven track record in building communities across platforms such as Twitter, YouTube, Discord, and more.
• Strong communication skills, with a passion for teaching and mentoring.
• Empathetic and inclusive approach, with enthusiasm for helping others succeed.
• Deep interest in automation, no-code solutions, and open-source technologies.

Nice to Have

• Experience with public speaking and organizing events.
• Familiarity with AI tools and technologies.
• Previous experience in a remote-first work environment.
