What You'll Do

• Assist customers via onboarding software sessions, ensuring a smooth transition to the client's software.
• Share engaging explanations of features, making customers more confident in their own product knowledge.
• Adapt your coaching style depending on the customer's requirements and preferred learning style.
• Utilize screen-sharing tools to facilitate onboarding sessions effectively.
• Demonstrate practical explanations with compassion and patience, enhancing the customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English.
• Strong attention to detail and a self-sufficient, resilient attitude.
• Confident and adaptable communication and coaching skills.
• Engaging presentation skills.
• Ability to relocate to Athens, Greece, and gain work authorization expediently.

Nice to Have

• Experience in customer service or onboarding roles.
• Familiarity with software and technology.
• Previous experience in the automotive industry.
