About the Role

As an Ads Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for delivering top-quality creative media for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, particularly on platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels, to create engaging content that resonates with diverse customer avatars.

What You'll Do

• Research and reach out to potential content creators to build a team for each project.
• Develop detailed script briefs that align with client brand guidelines and include comprehensive video concepts.
• Perform quality control on the content received to ensure it meets the established guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with clients and content creators to ensure project success.
• Stay updated on the latest TikTok and Instagram trends to inform creative strategies.
• Assist the Product Manager with additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in creating engaging creative content across various niches.
• Strong knowledge of social media trends, especially on TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with content creators and clients.
• Ability to generate creative concepts based on current and emerging trends.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
• Experience working remotely and managing time efficiently.
• Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
