AI Center of Excellence Manager - Remote Flexibility

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Center of Excellence Manager to join our team at Ferrero. This remote AI Center of Excellence Manager position allows for up to two days of remote work each week, providing flexibility while you lead our Artificial Intelligence initiatives. You will report to the Data & AI leadership within the Global IT organization, playing a pivotal role in enabling the adoption of AI across the Group.

What You'll Do

• Define, govern, and continuously evolve solution design standards and architectural guidelines for AI solutions.
• Lead design review and approval processes, promoting the reuse of patterns and accelerators.
• Oversee the adoption of robust AI engineering practices across the full solution lifecycle.
• Ensure the consistent use of the enterprise tool chain for code, models, and AI agents.
• Define and maintain evaluation and supervision frameworks for AI solutions.
• Support delivery teams in the design and implementation of AI solutions, acting as a technical authority.
• Engage with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and maximize the impact of AI.
• Lead and develop the AI CoE team, guiding the growth of key roles such as AI Architects and AI Engineers.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience with Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic solutions at scale.
• Strong background in Data, AI, and advanced analytics.
• Deep understanding of cloud architectures, data platforms, and modern engineering practices.
• Fluency in English and experience in cross-functional environments.
• Proven ability to manage technology partners and vendor ecosystems.
• Strong analytical mindset and leadership capabilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with DevOps, MLOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps.
• Knowledge of data security and regulatory compliance.
