We are seeking a talented Breakfast Chef to join our team at Philema Hospitality Management, located in a stunning 5-star manor house. This Breakfast Chef role offers a unique opportunity to work in the prestigious Àclèaf, our Michelin Star restaurant, where you will be responsible for preparing and serving exquisite breakfasts. What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve high-quality 5-star breakfasts, ensuring consistency and excellence in food standards.
• Monitor and maintain food quality across all stages of production, adhering to strict presentation standards.
• Supervise service to ensure compliance with breakfast standards and food labelling regulations.
• Purchase food and related products using company-nominated suppliers to achieve budgeted cost controls.
• Minimize wastage within the kitchen while maximizing efficiency and productivity.
• Assist in the development and training of junior chefs, fostering a collaborative kitchen environment.
• Enjoy straight shifts with no late evenings, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
• Perform any other duties as required to support the kitchen team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively supervise junior chefs.
• Passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
