You will engage with clients through various channels including phone, email, and video calls, ensuring that their needs are met with the utmost professionalism and care.

What You'll Do

• Convince potential clients of the benefits of CSS services, turning them into loyal customers.
• Provide personalized consultations via phone, email, or video calls in excellent German, with additional languages being a plus.
• Drive growth through cross-selling and upselling within our expanding customer portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals and support each other in daily tasks.
• Occasionally take on additional responsibilities or project work to enhance team performance.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training; open to career changers.
• Strong service orientation and experience in a sales-driven environment.
• Excellent negotiation skills, passion, and perseverance.
• High IT affinity and quick understanding of computer systems.
• Professional appearance and impeccable German language skills, with foreign languages being an advantage.
• A broad network of relationships, preferably residing in the operational area.
• Clean background check.
