Senior Data Scientist (Forecasting) - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist (Forecasting) remote to join our innovative team at WeHunt España. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and industrializing predictive models applied to real business cases. As a senior profile, you will provide technical expertise, promote best practices, and actively contribute to the growth of the team.

What You'll Do

• Develop and industrialize forecasting models for real business cases.
• Lead projects technically and promote best practices in Data Science and MLOps.
• Implement and maintain pipelines and models in production on AWS.
• Monitor model performance and manage retraining and drift.
• Collaborate with business teams and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Python.
• Experience with PySpark for large-scale data processing.
• Experience working in AWS environments (S3, EC2, SageMaker, Lambda, EMR, or similar).
• Experience deploying and maintaining models in production.
• Solid knowledge of MLOps best practices.
• Experience with forecasting models.

Nice to Have

• Experience with machine learning frameworks.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with SQL databases.
