About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Creative Strategist - Remote to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do

• Lead the development of creative strategies that align with client objectives and market trends.
• Collaborate with teams to create compelling presentations and storytelling elements that engage audiences.
• Utilize tools like Google Analytics 4 and BigQuery to analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
• Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction through effective communication and project management.
• Oversee media planning and buying processes to optimize campaign reach and effectiveness.
• Guide the creative team in producing motion graphics and 2D animations that enhance marketing efforts.
• Drive demand generation initiatives and partner marketing strategies to boost customer acquisition.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team, encouraging creative thinking and problem-solving.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, marketing, or related fields.
• Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns for B2C brands.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Experience with performance marketing and social media platforms, including Meta Ads Manager.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google TAG Manager and Adobe After Effects.
• Excellent team management and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
