PMO /​ Chief of Staff - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic PMO / Chief of Staff to join our innovative team at Fronted. This remote opportunity allows you to drive the strategic and operational foundations for a deep-tech venture transforming energy grids. Working directly with our CEO, you will turn innovative vision into real-world impact and rapid growth. As a PMO / Chief of Staff, you will establish and run our Program Management Office, ensuring a seamless transition and building the foundations for our early-stage operations through rigorous execution and clear governance.

What You'll Do

• Orchestrate the program plan, RAID, and cross-functional alignment.
• Facilitate executive decision-making; prepare board materials and KPI dashboards.
• Own meeting cadence, documentation quality, and follow-up on actions.
• Drive special projects including partnerships, funding readiness, and vendor selection.
• Establish operational rhythm (QBRs/OKRs) across commercial, product, and operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years in PMO/CoS/consulting or scale-up operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
• Experience with OKRs/QBRs and executive governance.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in energy/utility or grid-tech.
• Exposure to carve-out/transaction processes.
• Familiarity with data tooling such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, and BI dashboards.

What We Offer

• Salary: €50,000–€60,000.
• Stock Options: 0.10%–0.25% (4-year vesting, 1-year cliff).
