Technical Account Manager - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our innovative team at RTB House. What You'll Do
- Conduct technical operations for our top clients in the Spanish market.
- Provide technical support for new and existing clients regarding all technical aspects of their campaigns.
- Manage all technical issues related to campaign launching and running processes.
- Facilitate technical integration between our internal campaign emission system and clients' e-commerce platforms.
- Collaborate closely with account managers to deliver high standards of customer service.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, proposing optimization solutions for online programs.
- Work with our technical support team from headquarters to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in online technology, e-commerce, or digital advertising.
- Fluent in English (C1 level); knowledge of Polish and/or Spanish is advantageous.
- Medium knowledge of HTML and JavaScript.
- Experience with debugging tools (e.g., Firebug, web browser consoles) and Google Tag Manager.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4; MMP knowledge is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and good time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to solve problems efficiently.
- A high level of motivation and a willingness to learn.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a similar role within the AdTech industry.
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts.
- Proficiency in additional languages.
