Technical Account Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our innovative team at RTB House. This Technical Account Manager remote position offers you the chance to work with cutting-edge technology in the AdTech industry, utilizing proprietary Deep Learning AI algorithms to drive performance for our clients. What You'll Do

  • Conduct technical operations for our top clients in the Spanish market.
  • Provide technical support for new and existing clients regarding all technical aspects of their campaigns.
  • Manage all technical issues related to campaign launching and running processes.
  • Facilitate technical integration between our internal campaign emission system and clients' e-commerce platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with account managers to deliver high standards of customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, proposing optimization solutions for online programs.
  • Work with our technical support team from headquarters to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in online technology, e-commerce, or digital advertising.
  • Fluent in English (C1 level); knowledge of Polish and/or Spanish is advantageous.
  • Medium knowledge of HTML and JavaScript.
  • Experience with debugging tools (e.g., Firebug, web browser consoles) and Google Tag Manager.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4; MMP knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and good time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to solve problems efficiently.
  • A high level of motivation and a willingness to learn.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a similar role within the AdTech industry.
  • Knowledge of machine learning concepts.
  • Proficiency in additional languages.
