We are seeking an Organic Video Growth Specialist to join Welltech's dynamic team. This remote position focuses on driving organic growth through innovative video content strategies. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our YouTube presence, engaging millions of users in their wellness journeys.

What You'll Do

• Own and drive the organic YouTube growth strategy, focusing on sustainable audience growth, watch time, and conversion impact.
• Define and evolve the video content strategy in collaboration with a production agency, aligning formats, cadence, and business goals.
• Manage YouTube channel operations, including uploads, metadata optimization, and overall SEO health.
• Utilize analytics and audience behavior data to make actionable decisions that enhance long-term channel performance.
• Identify cross-platform growth opportunities and align video strategy with Social Media, CRM, and SEO teams.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in organic video growth or content strategy.
• Expertise in SEO and audience growth strategies.
• Proven experience in building and executing video strategies from ideation through production and optimization.
• Strong understanding of analytics and performance metrics.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.

• Knowledge of YouTube Shorts and emerging video formats.
