Senior Product Analyst - Donor Portal (Remote)

About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Product Analyst to join our Donor Portal team at Fundraise Up. As a Product Analyst in this remote position, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the donor experience and improving retention rates. Our platform is trusted by leading nonprofit organizations worldwide, and your insights will directly contribute to our mission of making donations as fast and convenient as possible.

What You’ll Do

• Run A/B tests to evaluate new features and improvements.
• Identify insights in data, conduct research, and help product teams uncover growth opportunities.
• Work with retention rate and subscription/supporter LTV metrics to drive strategic decisions.
• Design and build data marts for efficient data access and analysis.
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards to visualize key performance indicators.
• Handle ad-hoc requests from product teams to support their data needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Product Analyst or Data Analyst.
• A strong foundation in mathematical statistics and probability theory.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying.
• Expertise in Python and its data analysis libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn).
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase.
• Professional working proficiency in English (B1 or higher); Russian is a plus.

• Experience with machine learning techniques.
• Familiarity with donor management systems.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
