Junior Analytics Specialist - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic team at Spiralyze, the largest A/B testing company in the United States. This remote position offers a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their analytics career to grow and learn in a fast-paced environment. As a Junior Analytics Specialist, you will investigate client web analytics data to help shape our understanding of their online performance. Your role will be crucial in identifying opportunities for A/B testing that can significantly impact client success.

What You'll Do

• Conduct data analysis by studying client website data and creating reports using tools like Google Sheets and Google Analytics 4.
• Detect data anomalies and analyze root causes to ensure data integrity.
• Communicate with project managers to gather requirements and tailor reports to meet specific client needs.
• Maintain an organized database of reports to ensure documentation is up-to-date.
• Utilize data analysis to identify the best opportunities for A/B testing on client pages.

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to various client tools.
• Strong understanding of data literacy and high attention to detail.
• Approximately 1 year of experience in analytics is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with analytics and CRM tools such as GA4, HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce.
