Senior Business Systems Manager - Remote Cybersecurity Solutions

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Manager to join our innovative team at Filigran, a rapidly growing cybersecurity company. As a Senior Business Systems Manager remote, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our HubSpot instance, ensuring it is well-configured and effectively adopted across various teams. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of Sales, People, and Finance operations, making a significant impact on our organizational efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Administer and optimize our HubSpot instance, ensuring data integrity, user access, and effective workflows.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor relationships and support escalations, enhancing our operational capabilities.
• Partner with operational stakeholders to map business processes to system capabilities, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
• Document configurations, workflows, and training materials to support system usage and best practices.
• Clean and organize data in HubSpot, defining and enforcing data governance standards to maintain high data quality.
• Train and support end-users across teams, gathering business requirements and translating them into HubSpot configurations.
• Act as a bridge between business teams and technical resources, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in a Business Systems, Revenue Operations, or Systems Administrator role.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot (CRM administration, workflows, pipelines, reporting).
• Experience with another core tool (HRIS or ERP) is a plus.
• Strong attention to data quality and process design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong interest in AI and its applications in cybersecurity.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-powered tools (LLMs, automation, copilots, etc.) to improve workflows and productivity.
