Sales Representative - B2B SaaS (German) - Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to drive our B2B SaaS sales process from lead generation to deal closure while working remotely from anywhere in the world. This Sales Representative role offers the flexibility to work from home and the opportunity to make a significant impact on our sales performance.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and optimize the full B2B sales pipeline in HubSpot.
  • Execute outbound strategies via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • Conduct cold outreach and qualify leads for demos.
  • Present SaaS demos tailored to customer needs and industries.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine messaging and ideal customer profiles (ICPs).
  • Analyze performance data to improve conversion rates and shorten sales cycles.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German (C2 or native/near-native) and English (C1/C2).
  • Proven B2B sales experience (as SDR, Sales Rep, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Strong learning ability; experience with tools like HubSpot is a plus.
  • Reliable internet connection for online meetings and calls.
  • Independent, structured, and performance-driven mindset.

  • Experience in SaaS sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
